Support Rates

We offer Credit based support. For credit based support, you'll be purchasing credits around 20 with 1 credit = S$30. Credits can be maintained at a maximum of 1 year.

Support over phone

Our engineer will assist you over the phone. However if you require us to go down, it will take more credits. It is one credit per call to fix the issues.

Onsite Support

The onsite support is preferred with high level situations. Charges are provided viable to the discretion of the client and support team. The minimum fee will be of 3 credits.
